Cancellations applicable to POLAND TOURS: Full refund will be made (less
$25 service fee) if written cancellation notice is received 45 days before departure. Cancellations received
44-36 days prior to departure are subject to a fee of $200 per person; 35-20 days, 25% of the tour cost;
19-8 days, 50% of the tour cost. Less than 7 days before departure there is no

Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended. CAR RENTAL RESERVATION: Request for reservations can be made by phone or e-mail. Upon receipt of full payment, a voucher for confirmed services will be mailed to you. Cancellations: For cancellations received
7 working days or more before departure, the fee is $25. For all other cancellations, fee depends on costs involved but no less than $50.

Changes in reservations are subject to $10 fee per change. Cancellations: For cancellations received 7 days before departure, a handling fee of
$10 will be assessed plus any additional fees incurred. For no shows, an equivalent of one night's stay will be
charged. Client is responsible for any services of personal nature, such as phone calls, laundry,
Pay TV, etc.
Documents are not mailed until full payment is
received. We accept all major credit cards: American Express, Master Card, Visa and Discover.
DOCUMENTS: U. S. citizens: require a valid U.S. passport for travel to Poland. Your passport should be valid for at least
three months after your return from Europe. Visa is not required for stays up to three
months for U.S. and Canadian residents. PAT TOURS is not responsible for improper documentation.
VACCINATIONS: No vaccinations are required unless coming from infected areas.
INSURANCE: All inclusive insurance (cancellation, accident/health, baggage, delays) is strongly recommended and is available from PAT TOURS. If you have a preexisting condition, insurance must be purchased within
7 days of deposit. Contact us to request insurance application or book on-line from our home
page. We suggest to purchase insurance at time of full payment unless you have a preexisting condition.
Please note that Medicare does not protect your in Europe.
RESPONSIBILITY: PAT TOURS acts only as an agent in making arrangements for requested services and shall not be liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, liability or expense to person or property due to act or default of any hotel or car rental company or other supplier providing the services. Further, PAT TOURS accepts no responsibility for any sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, government restraints, wars, whether declared or not, riots, theft, weather condition, defect in any vehicle of transportation or for any misadventure or casualty or any other causes beyond its control.
