2nd Day/Sat - MOSCOW. You’ll be met and transferred to your hotel. The balance of the day is free for independent activities and meeting your fellow travelers. (D) 
 

3rd Day/Sun - MOSCOW. Moscow, one of the largest cities in the world, is the symbolic heart and soul of the country. Sightseeing begins at the Red Square, dominated by St. Basil's Cathedral and by the massive red walls of the Kremlin. Visit the Armory Museum, proceed to see the Moscow University and the popular Arbat shopping district. Continue with a drive along the wide boulevards and then stroll through GUM, Russia's largest department store. Rest of the day is at leisure. You may take part in an optional tour by night of Moscow and its subway. (B) 

4th Day/Mon - MOSCOW/NOVGOROD. After an early breakfast, depart for Tver, an ancient trading port nestled on the banks of the Volga River. The city offers fascinating treasures, including Putevoy Dvorets, built for Catherine II as a resting place on her journeys from Moscow to St. Petersburg. Enjoy a short sightseeing tour of this remarkable city. End the day in historic Novgorod, founded almost twelve centuries ago.. (B, D) 

5th Day/Tue - NOVGOROD/ST. PETERSBURG. A morning sightseeing tour of Novgorod starts at the Kremlin with a visit to St. Sophia Cathedral. Then, cross the river via a pedestrian bridge to visit the Yaroslav Court. In the afternoon, travel north to St. Petersburg, the former capital of the Romanov Czars. Upon arrival enjoy a first sightseeing tour of the city starting with the visit of Peter and Paul Fortress, quarter of the City museum and its cathedral, which houses the crypt of the Russian emperors. Next, visit St. Isaac's Cathedral. (B, D) 

6th Day/Wed - ST. PETERSBURG. There are not many cities in the world that can match the grace of St. Petersburg. When Peter the Great founded the city in 1703, he hired Europe's best architects, craftsmen and artists to build and decorate it. Spread over 100 islands linked by over 600 bridges, it is often referred to as "Venice of the North". This morning sightseeing tour will feature highlight: the world-famous Hermitage, which houses many treasures from the Czarist era. The rest of the day is free at leisure. (B) 

7th Day/Thu - ST. PETERSBURG. Free day for shopping or individual activities. An optional tour to visit Petrodvorets, Peter the Great's Summer Palace, will be available. In the evening you may take part in an optional tour featuring a folklore performance. (B) 

8th Day/Fri - ST. PETERSBURG/WARSAW. After breakfast, you’re transferred to the airport for your short flight to Warsaw. On arrival in Warsaw you will be transferred to your hotel. Balance of day at leisure. (B)

9th Day/Sat - WARSAW. After breakfast time free to explore Warsaw on your own. At  6:00 PM meet your Polish guide in the hotel lobby and depart for a welcome dinner with folklore show. (B, D) 

10th Day/Sun

WARSAW. Highlights of your half-day tour include Old Town, rebuilt with great care after WW II, with its beautiful Old Market Square, the Barbican, St. John's Cathedral. Continue to Jewish Ghetto Memorial and along the Royal Route to Lazienki Park. In the afternoon, visit the Royal Castle, former residence of Polish kings. This evening enjoy a Chopin recital in one of Warsaw's Palaces. (B, L)

11th Day/Mon - WARSAW/Czestochowa/Auschwitz/ZAKOPANE. After breakfast, depart for Zakopane one of the most popular vacation resorts in the Tatra Mountains. En route, stop in Czestochowa to tour the Jasna Gora Monastery and the Black Madonna Shrine with miraculous icon. Next stop is made  in Auschwitz to visit Martyrdom Museum of the former Nazi concentration camp.  Overnight in Zakopane.  (B, L)

12th Day/Tue - ZAKOPANE/KRAKOW. After breakfast sightseeing tour of Zakopane.  Admire the  breathtaking views of the Tatras from the top of Gubalowka Mountain. In the afternoon take raft trip down the Dunajec River. Enjoy some free time to shop for local arts and crafts of the local mountaineers. Dinner at the local restaurant. (B, D)

13th Day/Wed - KRAKOW/Wieliczka. This morning tour of the charming city of Krakow includes Wawel Coronation Cathedral, Old Town Square and St. Mary's Church with famous Gothic altar. Enjoy a stroll along the shops of the Cloth Hall where you can buy souvenirs. In the afternoon excursion to Wieliczka Salt Mine, an unforgettable tourist attraction with underground walk through chambers, grottoes, and chapels carved from salt.  Dinner with folklore show at a local restaurant. (B, D)

14th Day/Thu - KRAKOW/WARSAW. This morning your motorcoach returns to  Warsaw.  After lunch in your hotel in Warsaw, time at leisure. Dinner on your own. (B, L)

15th Day/Fri - WARSAW. After breakfast, termination of the tour services. (B)

Transfer to the airport is available at additional cost of $30 per taxi (2 to a taxi) 

If you wish to stay in Krakow on your own, we will deduct $40  for the last overnight in Warsaw. 
If you want to stay an extra night in Krakow and would like us to make a reservation for that extra night there is no deduction.
