On Saturday, depart U.S.A. for Prague.

2nd Day/Sun - PRAGUE. Upon arrival you will be met and transferred to you hotel. Remainder of the day at leisure to relax or to explore the lovely Czech capital. 

3rd Day/Mon - PRAGUE. After breakfast enjoy a sightseeing tour of Prague. Visit the Castle District, Jewish Quarter and the colorful old town. Afternoon at leisure to shop or visit one of the city's many museums. (B)

4thDay/Tue - PRAGUE/Tabor/Hluboka Castle/Ceske Budejovice/CESKY KRUMLOV. After breakfast, depart for South Bohemia with a stop at the historical town of Tabor, the center of the Hussite movement in Bohemia. Continue to the charming Hluboka Castle and then to Ceske Budejovice (Budweis), the metropolis of South Bohemia. Visit the historic Market Square and then continue to Cesky Krumlov. After dinner at the Hotel you will enjoy a walking tour of this charming town. (B,D)

5th Day/Wed - CESKY KRUMLOV/Trebon/Telc/BRNO. Morning tour of famous Cesky Krumlov castle, the second largest in the Czech Republic after the Prague Castle. Continue to the historic and beautiful towns of Trebon and Telc. Telc features the most beautiful Renaissance market square in Central Europe. Arrive in Brno, the second largest city in the Czech Republic. (B, D)

6th Day/Thu - BRNO/Moravian Karst/BRATISLAVA. After breakfast enjoy a city tour of Brno. Afternoon excursion to the Moravian Karst including an exciting boat ride on the underground River Punkva and a visit to the Macocha Abby. Later continue to the Slovakian capital of Bratislava. (B,D)

7th Day/Fri - BRATISLAVA/Banska Bystrica/High Tatra Mountains/STARY SMOKOVEC. This morning, depart for sightseeing tour of Bratislava, the city on the River Danube and capital of the Slovak Republic. Afternoon drive to the High Tatra Mountains via the medieval town of Banska Bystrica. The High Tatras are the highest part of the Carpathians reaching 2,600 m above sea level. Dinner and overnight in Stary Smokovec. (B,D)

8th Day/Sat - STARY SMOKOVEC. Day at leisure in this beautiful region of Central Europe. You may choose to join a walking tours through the mountain valleys and beautiful surrounding areas. Dinner at the stylish Koliba Restaurant. (B,D)

9th Day/Sun - STARY SMOKOVEC/Roznov pod Radhostem/OLOMOUC. Today after breakfast return to Czech Republic via Roznov pod Radhostem in the Beskydy Mountains near the Czech and Slovak borders. Visit the large open air museum of folk architecture and then continue to Olomouc. This charming town of churches features one of the largest collections of historical monuments in the entire Czech Republic. (B,D)

10th Day/Mon - OLOMOUC/Zdar nad Sazavou/PRAGUE. After breakfast return to Prague en route visiting Zdar nad Sazavou known for its church of St. Jan Nepomuk built in the Baroque Gothic style and is a UNESCO listed monument. The former Cistercian monastery founded in 1252 now houses a museum of books and Santini's Exhibition. The tour ends upon arrival in Prague. (B)
