2nd Day/Sat - WARSAW. Meet the rest of the group at 6:00 PM in the hotel lobby. Dinner in your hotel. (D)
If airline tickets are purchased through PAT TOURS, transfer to the hotel on arrival is included in the tour cost.

3rd Day/Sun - WARSAWToday, city tour includes: the reconstructed Old Town, the Ghetto Memorial, the beautiful Lazienki Park with Chopin's monument. Included is a tour of  the Royal Castle, former residence of Polish kings. In the afternoon Chopin recital. (B,L)

4th Day/Mon - WARSAW/Czestochowa/Auschwitz/KRAKOW. This morning a road to Krakow leads via Czestochowa where you'll tour the Jasna Gora Monastery with the miraculous icon of the Black Madonna. After lunch, continue to  Oswiecim, site of the former Auschwitz Nazi concentration camp, where unspeakable horrors occurred. Overnight in medieval city of Krakow. (B,L)

5th Day/Tue - KRAKOW. Krakow has more than one thousand monuments of historical and architectural interest. Your tour includes the magnificent Wawel Coronation Cathedral, final resting place of Polish royalty and famous Poles. In the afternoon, enjoy a visit to Wieliczka Salt Mine, the oldest in Europe with its underground wonders. (B,D)

6th Day/Wed - KRAKOW/Wieliczka/ZAKOPANE. After breakfast you're off  to Zakopane, a resort high in the Tatra Mountains, a great area for walking and hiking and shopping for local folk art. En route stop in Wieliczka Salt Mine, the oldest in Europe. On a 1.2 mile tourist route you will discover chapels, grottoes, lakes and magnificent Cathedral, all carved from rock salt. Overnight in Zakopane. (B,L)

7th Day/Thu - ZAKOPANE.  Today you will enjoy a relaxing day. A funicular will take you to the Gubalowka Mountain for spectacular views and great shopping in local bazaar for local arts and crafts of the highlanders (Gorale) in route to Western Poland to the historic city of Wroclaw on the Odra River. 8th Day/Fri - ZAKOPANE/WROCLAW  This morning your coach heads for Western Poland to the historic city of Wroclaw, called "Venice of the North". Overnight in Wroclaw. (B,D)

9th Day/Sat - WROCLAW/LICHEN. Start the day with a guided city tour of Wroclaw which includes its medieval monument, the 13th century Town Hall, the Gothic cathedral, and the awesome diorama depicting the Raclawice Battle. Afternoon drive to Lichen, site of the incredible Marian Sanctuary. (B,D)

10th Day/Sun - LICHEN/GNIEZNO/TORUN. After breakfast, depart for Gniezno, cradle of the Polish Nation where you will tour it's most important landmark, the 10th century cathedral. After lunch, continue to Torun for overnight.  (B,L)

11th Day/Mon - TORUN/GDYNIA. This morning you will get acquainted with Torun, the medieval town closely associated with the great Polish astronomer N. Copernicus. After lunch, continue to the Baltic Coast for overnight in Gdynia. (B,L)

12th Day/Tue - GDYNIA/Westerplatte. After breakfast, depart on a sightseeing tour of the tri-city complex of Gdynia, Sopot and Gdansk with its stunning Town Hall, Neptune's Fountain, and Artus Court. In Oliwa, listen to a short concert on the world-famous pipe organ. In the afternoon, time at leisure. In the afternoon, there's time to shop in the Gdansk's Old Town. Amber is a great buy here. 13th Day/Wed - GDYNIA/Malbork/WARSAW. The road to Warsaw leads to Malbork on the Vistula River. Tour the fascinating brick fortress where mighty Teutonic Knights lived in the 15th century. After lunch continue to Warsaw for overnight. (B,L)

14th Day/Thu - WARSAW. Today, we include a tour of the Royal Castle, last residence of Polish Monarchs recently rebuilt from the WWII destruction.  Afternoon free. Farewell dinner with entertainment by folk ensemble. (B,D)

15th Day/Fri - WARSAW. After breakfast, termination of tour services. (B)
